PARISIENNE is the essence of a woman who knows how to love and how to live. At the heart of YSL’s DNA is the empowerment of women, and true to this we believe that any woman, anywhere, can adopt the values of being a PARISIENNE. To celebrate the launch of PARISIENNE, and to encourage women to find their “inner PARISIENNE”, we have created www.ExperienceParisienne.com, where the essence of a woman and her PARISIENNE experience is shared with other women.

In this spirit, YSL is sending five renowned bloggers on a journey around the country to discover and reveal their very own PARISIENNE experiences in New York City, Miami, Chicago, San Francisco and Los Angeles.

Yves Saint Laurent has chosen an ensemble of women with passions for beauty, art, design, music, fashion and food to create a travel diary of their trip. Stay tuned here to read articles, see photos and follow the women on their journey.

Yves Saint Laurent has chosen an ensemble of writers, bloggers and photographers to discover the best the US has to offer in PARISIENNE experiences. The women will explore New York City, Chicago, Miami, San Francisco and Los Angeles to find the essence of PARISIENNE.

Joanna Goddard, Anna Wolf, Meg Cuna and Christene Barberich & Piera Gelardi were chosen for their interests and passions in beauty, fashion, art, design, music and food and they will share their stories and photos as a travel diary on ExperienceParisienne.com.

Win a Trip to Paris and ‘Experience PARISIENNE’

You can enter now to win a trip to Paris to ring in 2010 in PARISIENNE style. The ‘Experience PARISIENNE’ contest will give one winner and a guest a trip to Paris for New Year’s Eve along with a fabulous YSL hand bag filled with must-have YSL fragrance and cosmetics products.

To enter, participants must submit one photo and corresponding post about how they experience the PARISIENNE spirit in their own lives. The more creative, unique and PARISIENNE, the better your chance to win!

The contest will be open for submissions until November 2nd, at which point a panel of judges from YSL and other members of the fashion and beauty elite will choose the top 10 finalists.

Finalists’ entries will be posted on ExperienceParisienne.com and open to voting from the November 16th to the 30th. The entry with the most votes will be announced on the site December 1st.
